[poppler] building 0.68 and 0.69

The issue could be that poppler requires openjpeg > 2, while for some
reason cmake is using the openjpeg-1.5 files.

Use -DENABLE_LIBOPENJPEG=none or -DENABLE_LIBOPENJPEG=unmaintained.
