[poppler] Compile on windows or Cross compile on linux for windows

Hello guys.

Would you please help me to compile *Poppler* on *windows* or *Cross
compile* on *Linux* for *Windows*.
I know there are binary files which are ready to install on windows. but I
need to compile it for scratch.

I had tried to compile it, but I got errors and it was not successful.
