[poppler] How to install newer Poppler version on KDE neon

Thank's for Answer Albert,

A month ago, I already tried the flatpak and it worked for me.

What I wanted to know was if there was a more traditional way to achieve
this. In any case, for now I will use the flatpak version. Thank's again.

PD: I was used caliu a few years ago. I'm happy to know it's still a good
place to start to solve doubts.
