In the case of DBUS this is irrelevant.
The services would be described in either a format like the ones currently 
used by dapi or libdapii, or the DBUS introspection format.

In either case one can generate access libraries in any language as well, or 
just use the most suitable bindings and let its toolset generate the 
application code.
