[Portland] Patch to xdg-su

Say, does development for xdg-utils now shift to the xdg list?
If so, feel free to wack me with a clue bat.
But here's a patch largely inspired by Brian Harring to
tweak xdg-su a hair.
Changelog:
* Use $@ instead of $* to preserve parms more correctly (thanks Brian)
* Specifiy -c cmd and -u user as options (all the
various tools respect those options)
* Tweak the usage messaging a bit
* Have Gnome fall back to the generic case if
gnomesu is not installed (as I've found Gnomes
without it; in fact, I worry that there aren't many
with it :-/).
