Right.  The coder's mentality doesn't work for everything.  In other
words, you can certainly make a spreadsheet and put it in source code
control for everyone.

But we're also thinking about ease-of-use and barrier-to-entry for
participants....and web-based seems like the answer.  And agreed, we
want the basic solution to begin with; app integration is certainly
supplemental.
