 The Sinks and Sources tabs in the PulseAudio Volume Control only shows the
 device description above each slidebar, instead of the device name.

 A device description of:
    ALSA PCM on hw:0,0
 is not has meaningful to the user as:
    laptop-speakers

 Oddly, in the PulseAudio Manager program, on the Devices tab, both the
 device name and description are displayed.
