 A little thought that might have some just.

 It would be nice to have the option to make the stream from a single app
 exclusive.

 Exclusive in the manner that all present and coming streams/apps are
 automatically muted.
 This would be very nice if you're listening to music, and don't want a
 flash app, a system sound or anything else to interrupt the sound.

 The interface could be something like a toggle switch in the volumecontrol
 where you control the volume of the stream/app.
