 I know that Avahi is better but the modules that support it don't work on
 Windows. Changing the default server is currently the only way output to a
 Windows machine running PulseAudio. My concern is over what will replace
 padevchooser so that I can do anything from the GUI, rather than about
 what will be done on the backend.
