 Updated to bluez 4.47. No help. #bluez didn't have any immediate thoughts,
 so when I get a chance I'll collect my thoughts for a mailing list post.

 As for module-suspend-on-idle, it is installed but the "skipping..."
 messages continue even when there is no audio playing and/or the device is
 muted through PA's Volume Control. I don't know what the expected behavior
 is here, so I don't know if it's not working.
