#606: [PATCH] pulseaudio systemwide is a pain

Comment(by Rudd-O):
Deconstructing this complaint more in detail:
"Default pulse install.
No system wide daemon configured/running.
Modified system wide client.conf to point at a remote server.
User's own client.conf which does not set a default server."
If the user went to the trouble of doing exactly that, then it is clear
that when he logs on to the machine, he wants to play networked audio to a
specific server. If he wanted to get network playback functionality when
he SSHes into another machine, I'm sure he is knowledgeable enough to set
up an environment variable or the remote client.conf correctly.
Furthermore, this is not how pulseaudio ships by default, and this is not
how pulseaudio is shipped in distributions either, so my patch does not
create a problem at all.
