 I'm not imposing any logic here, because pulseaudio's default behavior as
 shipped in distros and in source won't change.  If you consider that it is
 a worthwhile goal to make start-pulseaudio-x11 comply with the library
 logic fully so as to cater to an overwhelmingly tiny minority of users who
 already know what they are doing when editing a system-wide configuration
 file as root, THEN DO IT YOURSELF or document the behavior.  I'm not your
 butler and I haven't seen you ask politely for a contribution.
