 Hello!

 Since 0.9.15 my card is appearing twice (see pacmd's list-cards output
 below).  The problem is that I like using the "simultaneous output
 everywhere" option and sending to both "cards" results in lags sometimes;
 actually I don't even have a S/PDIF output jack.

 Luckly I could set the profile to "off" and PulseAudio remembers my
 setting, however it wasn't straightforward, and I haven't seen the "off"
 profile documented anywhere while looking for another reports of this bug.
