Comment(by emj):

 Letting applications crash because of shm is full seems very stupid,
 getting them to only fail on audio output and give an OOM messsage would
 be better solution. But hey, I don't really care if PA seems unstable
 sometimes. It has been reported three times on launchpad, so there are
 people who might care....
