Comment(by murz):

 I have 2 users that use my computer (me and my wife), and we very often
 switches from one to other session. And I want that all 2 users have one
 volume and per-channel configuration, and when one user change something,
 this changes must be global.
 Additionally, I use mpd server for playing music and want that each user
 can hear and manipulate it without switching audio stream.

 How I can do this with pulseaudio running in per-user configuration?

 Here is the home computer, so local security (with local users) is not the
 main problem.

 Thanks for the command examples, I try to use it and post results later.
