#898: Bluetooth sink isn't created when pulseaudio run as system daemon

Comment(by tanuk):

 Pacmd doesn't work with the system wide daemon - use pactl instead. "pactl
 list" shows the loaded modules, among other things.

 I may have been wrong when I said "partial log". I was just expecting some
 error messages.

 Those log messages from bluetooth-util.c don't indicate that a module-
 bluetooth-discover is trying to create a sink - there would be actual
 error messages if the sink creation would be attempted and failed. The
 messages probably indicate that module-bluetooth-discover is loaded,
 though. I don't know why it isn't doing anyting.
