 I would say that the bug is that pulseaudio allows setting insanely high
 volumes. I.e. this bug is an exact duplicate of #774 . Please look how
 iPod does it - there are two volume controls, one easily accessible with a
 click wheel and the other one (called "volume limit") buried deep in the
 preferences.
