Currently, module-jack-sink doesn't have any code to handle sink suspension,
other than generating silence if jack requests data while the sink is
suspended. The module should disconnect from jack on suspend, and on resume,
the state should be restored to what it was before suspending as much as
possible (I'm thinking mostly of jack port connections here).
