For some reason, even though files are duplicate, apparently, under most
distros, it does not necessarily trigger a delay. 

There are probably other conditions at play (maybe in the cases the former file
is loaded first, and in other cases this is the latter).

For instance, using ArchLinux / Manjaro, as of today, triggers about 10 to 15
seconds delay at the startup of KDE, unless I remove the file
/etc/xdg/autostart/pulseaudio.desktop. It doens't occur, here, with Mint 14 KDE
/ Kubuntu 12.10.
