You may use "pavucontrol" for this. Just right click on the stream and
select the destination sink.

If you want to do this on the command line, just use "move-sink-input
<index> <sink>". I.e. for a stream with index 4711 and a sink "sink0"
you might just write

move-sink-input 4711 sink0

That's it!
