[pulseaudio-discuss] RTP sink with two interfaces

Hello.
Avahi has the neat feature "reflector" which can catch mDNS on one
interface and fling it out on another. In my case, I have a wired LAN
and a wireless LAN connected to the same firewall/router box.
Of course, this works for PulseAudio; the Avahi notifications show up
on both sides, but it seems that streaming RTP can only be one or the
other. This makes sense, unless a multicast-able router exists.
It seems that both of the possible software projects that might fill
this need are old or dead; pimd and mrouted. As it it, I have to have
a static route to point packets to 224.0.0.0/4 in the right direction
to get anything to work on my wired lan.
Is there a clever work-around with current modules, or perhaps plans
for a pulseaudio module that works similarly to the Avahi-reflector?
Thanks! PulseAudio is stunningly cool.
