[pulseaudio-discuss] How to reduce the count of "Rewinds"?

Hello anybody. I'm using ArchLinux with PulseAudio 0.9.22. I have CA0106 
(Creative AudigySE) and HDA Intel soundcards. There is a lot of "Rewinds" in 
an output produced by "pulseaudio -vvvv", especially when using something 
GStreamer-based. It is bad or it is a normal behavior? Sometimes PA uses 100% 
of CPU and soon crashes with "Rewinds" as last lines in the output.
