The upper limit of 100 blocks appears to be a bit low. Firefox likes to
push 256 bytes at a time with HTML5 videos, and that caused crashing due
to the block limit getting exceeded. Setting the limit to 1000 seems to
work better - I was able to watch

To be clear, this limit only matters when the history logging is
enabled, so in normal use there's no need to worry about this.
