I have no clue about x11-bell handling.
I am trying to install packages as close to upstream as possible.
How can I peek my system to find out how x11-bell is handled???

Please note that this is (as far as I can tell) not just limited to bell 
in a terminal.
If I open just firefox, play a html5/flash video, and close firefox, I 
am hung.
