[pulseaudio-discuss] Facing errors while trying to install pulse audio 4.0

After finishing up the installation, the pulse audio daemon doesn't start
on restart.

Tried using the command "pulseaudio --start";

W: [pulseaudio] caps.c: Normally all extra capabilities would be dropped
now, but that's impossible because this Pulseaudio was built without libcap
support.
W: [pulseaudio] authkey.c: Failed to open cookie file
'/home/sarajevo/.config/pulse/cookie': No such file or directory
W: [pulseaudio] authkey.c: Failed to load authorization key
'/home/sarajevo/.config/pulse/cookie': No such file or directory
E: [pulseaudio] main.c: Daemon startup failed.

Can you please help me with this ?
