[pulseaudio-discuss] Develop pulseaudio module outof pulseaudio

I have installed pulseaudio and libpulseaudio package but not able to get pulseaudio core header files installed. How to get these files. My requirement is to write a pulseaudio module out of pulseaudio tree.
