I think that such functionality should be handled by other module (not
card-restore). And to do it correctly you need to specify sound cards
and port names with priorities to that module. So it do switching based
on priorities and some random order (e.g. last used).

In KDE there is GUI for specifying priorities (stored in persistent
storage), so it work as expected.

And switching make sense only immediately after profile is available.
Not randomly at any time (which conflict with this bluetooth policy
module).
