[pulseaudio-discuss] status of HSP/HFP support

Hi list,

I have recently purchased a pair of bluetooth headphones. While A2DP
support seems to be working fine, HSP/HFP are not. In A2DP mode I can do
the speaker test in gnome-control-center without issues. On the other
hand, switching to HSP/HFP mode using pavucontrol results in no sound
being played and the bluetooth connection being dropped very quickly.
A quick google search reveals that this seems to have been an ongoing
issue until recently at least. Is it expected to work on pulseaudio 10?
If so, how can I try do debug it?
