[pulseaudio-discuss] "Unable to convert error string to locale, filtering." errors

There's a problem in Buildroot's Parted package, and doesn't play well with
libiconv.
So can't test the solution. I'll park it until a next Buildroot release in
which it is patched.

I'll reach out in the future in case it's not resolved by libiconv.
