[pulseaudio-discuss] module-rtp-send loop=1 not functional

I noticed, that the loop function of the rtp-sender module is not
functional. I tested this on multiple machines, with and without
paprefs. It must be a problem of pulseaudio.

Note: Turn off all RTP receivers, otherwise you will get a loopback
through its own receiver (which is my current workaround).

The setup:
load-module module-null-sink sink_name=rtp format=s16be channels=2
rate=44100 sink_properties="device.description='RTP Multicast Sink'
device.bus='network' device.icon_name='network-server'"
load-module module-rtp-send source=rtp.monitor loop=1

Running 12.2-2 on ArchLinux with 4.18.8-arch1-1-ARCH
