Hi folks,
I've pushed out the tarballs for 12.99.2.

Changes since 12.99.1 are relatively minor. A few Bluetooth-related fixes from Pali, last minute support for a new SteelSeries Arctis 7 model (more of these will come post 13.0), some translation updates, fix for SSE svolume code with GCC 9, and a whole bunch of fixes to make the meson build to make it autotools-equivalent

Shout out to Jan Alexander Steffens (heftig) for doing a _lot_ of early testing to catch so many things that I missed.
