[pulseaudio-discuss] Pulseaudio Bluetooth Doesn't Stay on Reboot

Hi,

I installed pulseaudio and pulseaudio-module-bluetooth.
When I reboot, the speaker indicates it is reconnected, and also 
bluetoothctl indicates that the speaker is connected.
However, Pulseaudio doesn't list the device when I run "pactl list sinks 
short."
I always have to systemctl restart bluetooth and manually reconnect 
after a reboot.
I I'm running 2019-09-26-raspbian-buster-full.img on RPi 3 B+.

Is there a way to fix this?
