Freedesktop is running cvs 1.11.13 now.  Pserver continues to run the 
hacked version of 1.12.1 as that has support for read-only repositories.  
As pserver always runs in read-only mode, bugs in that version won't 
affect the repository itself.  We'll hope they don't cause problems for 
people using pserver.
