Before I forget to chime in: "server" is too generic of a component.
The default owner for xfree86 ddx bugs is not going to be the same as
the default owner for cygwin ddx bugs, etc. "server" should be retired
or maybe renamed as "server-generic" for issues outside of a particular
ddx, then we should introduce once component for each ddx under active
development "ddx-cygwin", "ddx-darwin", etc. or "server-cygwin",
"server-darwin", etc.
