kevin - if you're still there: everything is in place except for switching the index files and pressing send on the announcement. it will probably be another 20 minutes or so before the last big file is in place. i'll post the notice then, to the twolists - i think it catches everybody: org at fdo and xf_members. i think other notices can wait ?? leon
