VSW5: Where to get TETware binaries from ?

During the attempt to get the X11R6.8.2RC1 tested with VSW5 I figured
out that I am missing something: TETware (="Test Environment Toolkit").
Does anyone know where I can get binaries for Solaris 2.8/2.9 or SuSE
Linux 8.2/9.2 from ?
