I think scim-hangul needed this patch.
Many input methods need to clear preedit string before commiting and
current imhangul also does like this.
And in my env, j2sdk1.4.1, scim (cvs-20040814), this patch works.

Is there any problem with this patch?

Select 3bul 2bul-shifted keyboard in korean.
Then you may test with this key sequences:
 dkSsuDgktpdy!

If this keys are inputed currectly, you can see 
 안녕하세요!

If there is some problem, it may be like "안녕하세!"
