[SCIM] scim-hangul can't input last charator within java app.

That Patch work!..

Before checking, I try kill scim demon, but that still live.
I checkd twice, but I should try more.
Sorry my mistake.

I just restart X, and re check that.

Scim-hangul work correctly with java program.
