So are all these modules going to require scim 0.99.8?  And what about
scim-tables?  Does it have this bug?

I am building Debian packages for scim, scim-tables, and scim-chinese
(sorry don't have time for others, will start soon), but I am afraid I
won't have enough time to test the fix for bug #1144.
