Sorry for replying myself -- but I realized my stupidity, scim-tables is
a data-only package, so the install directory is an different issue.
However, because of the dead keys change, I believe it will require scim
(>= 0.99.7).

BTW, James would you please have a look at bug #1158?  I don't know much
about scim-tables, but I figure such kind of things should go upstream.
