[SCIM] Newbie question: scim::FrontEnd: X11 -- failed to connect
to the panel daemon!

Hi,
I'm back. I reinstalled Pango and this time scim installed properly(at least I thought it did) but I get another error when it tries to load the panel. The error is as follows:
socket IMEngine module is successfully loaded.
Loading x11 FrontEnd module ...
Starting SCIM ...
/usr/local/lib/scim-1.0/scim-panel-gtk: error while loading shared libraries: libscim-gtkutils-1.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
scim::FrontEnd: X11 -- failed to connect to the panel daemon!
SCIM has exited abnormally.
I did a search for this library but could not find it on my system. I was wondering why it did not get installed with scim? This is driving me crazy :( I really appreciate you taking time to help me on this.

Hi,
Did you installed pango-devel? Or does the pango version match with
your gtk2 version?
