[SCIM] SCIM-CVS: I can't switch input methods

so I added "en:", but I can't type Chinese.


BTW, SCIM make im-scim.so in /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/immodules, but I think
/usr/lib/gtk-2.0/2.4.0/immodules is better. We have nothing in /usr/lib/gtk-2.0/immodules.

I'm using libgtk+-2.4.2, locale=en_US.

Maybe I did some bad things. :-p
