[SCIM] scim 0.99.0 scim-chinese 0.4.0 and scim-tables 0.4.0 are ready.

It seems that the SCIM X11 FrontEnd is not running. Could you please 
give me the result of command "ps awx |grep scim"?

And you should start scim before any XIM client applications. For 
example put the three command into xinitrc script.
