Hi,

I think it is necessary for us to agree with the meanings of some
common used words in SCIM wiki homepage. The most significant ones
are:

SCIM, scim and scim-lib:

IMO, SCIM means the SCIM project, which includes scim-lib and all the
other projects based upon it, such as scim-chinese, skim and etc (I
would call them sub-projects, what's your view?);

scim is used to refer to the command shipped in the scim-lib package;

scim-lib denotes the library itself. (Most time when someone refers to
scim, he really refers to the scim-lib and in other times they mean
SCIM.)

I hope the wiki pages on freedesktop would become the homepage for the
entire SCIM project.

I'd like to hear your opinions about these.

Regards,
Cougar
