[SCIM] Viqr table

The issue in Samuel's table is fixed. :-) Is there some more 
documentation on the format of the input table available?

We have to submit more tables. James will fix them and we will all learn 
from his fixes :-)

There is something I do not understand...  Now m17n viqr also works 
correctly... Is it possible that the table in scim-tables may interfere 
with scim-m17n behaviour or the reason for what I saw yesterday must 
have been different?
