client is run on win7 32 operating system,after I connect to server,I watch
video on IE browser in the window,here,if the internet is too poor,the screen
will slack,when the internet recovery ,I have to wait so long time ,then screen
can watch video continue.So how I can shorten this time(the screen slack ,but
internet fine now).
