            Bug ID: 83179
          Assignee: spice-bugs at lists.freedesktop.org
Summary: The color of 1080P video played by VLC player would
get fuzzy/distorted with smaller screen or fullscreen
within smaller resolution such as 1280x1024.
          Severity: major
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Windows (All)
          Reporter: perry.tsai at atrustcorp.com
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
            Status: NEW
           Version: unspecified
         Component: client
           Product: Spice

SPICE Client: Virt-viewer v5.6 under Windows 7 or 8
SPICE Server : RHEV 3.3
Guest OS : Windows 7sp1 (2cores/2GB)
VLC player : v 2.1.3

Procedure:
 1. Connect WIndows 7 Guest OS with remote-viewer SPICE client.
 2. Play a 1080P media file by VLC player with fullscreen mode which's set as
1280x1024 resolution, the color is fuzzy.(720P&480P video is ok)
 3. Play a 720P media file by VLC player with fullscreen mode setting as
1024x768 resolution, the color is fuzzy.(480p is ok)
 4. The color would be more fuzzy with smaller screen. CentOS or Ubuntu
thin-client with virt-viewer v5.6-2 have the same issue.

PS: Windows media player 12 in guest OS -> no color distort issue, but always
not sync with audio.
