I am installing spice on Fedora13,I first install server and protocal with
"rpm -Uvh spice-server-0.6.3-1.fc13.x86_64.rpm" and
"rpm -Uvh spice-protocol-0.6.3-1.fc13.noarch.rpm".
Because my fedora server can't connect to the newest rpm sourse,
then I download the qemu-kvm-0.13.0
Released<http://www.linux-kvm.com/content/qemu-kvm-0130-released>,install
it with command "./configure;make;make install".
When "./configure",there was an error:
Error: libpci header check failed
Disable KVM Device Assignment capability.
Then I start my img with commad:
/usr/bin/qemu-kvm \
-hda /home/hsolomon/images/WindowsXP.img \
-m 1024 \
-vga qxl \
-localtime \
-k us \
-net user \
-soundhw all \
-spice port=5930,disable-ticketing &
but meet error:Unknown vga type: qxl
Now how can I do next to start my first spice test?
I followed the introduce in
http://www.linux-kvm.com/content/spice-063-rpms-fedora-13, but found it so
hard!
