[Spice-devel] Announcing spice 0.7.1

Hi All,

Unfortunately the 0.7.0 release was no good, it won't compile. Sorry
about that.

So here is spice-0.7.1, with the following changes:

Major changes in 0.7.1:
=======================
* Brown paper bag release
* Update SPICE_SERVER_VERSION
* Include server/tests/test_util.h in the make dist generated tarbals, so
   that they actually compile
