[Spice-devel] Unstable package issues

Hi,

I had a quick go with the latest "unstable" fedora12 packages (x86_64)
but my simple winxp (32bit) image just sits at 100% cpu usage once it
(eventually) boots up which impacts spice performance. If I boot up
the same image using the default F12 qemu then cpu usage looks normal
and the boot process is much faster. The KVM modules are loaded and I
assume being used in both cases. My command line looks something like:

  qemu-spice -enable-kvm -m 2048 -smp 2 -hda /user_data/vm/winxp.qcow2
-boot c -net nic,macaddr=52:54:00:31:04:c3,model=rtl8139 -net
tap,ifname=XP1,script=/etc/lan-ifup -monitor stdio -usbdevice tablet
-device AC97 -vga qxl -spice port=5930,disable-ticketing

By the way thanks for these packages - it makes it so much easier to
test spice developments. BTW does the "unstable" video driver work on
win7 (32/64) yet or is there another driver I can use for it?

Daire
